The sheriff's forms and FAQ page links a public information request form, and local research found that requests may be sent by fax to 903-654-3044 or by email to records@ncsotx.org. Body-worn camera requests use a separate NCSO body-worn camera form and may require specific information under Texas Occupations Code Section 1701.661.
